Lithium Battery AXL05
Lithium (LiFePO4) Powersport Battery Our lightweight performance batteries are manufactured using high rate LiFePO4 cells and produce huge cranking amps.
Capacity 12Ah Cold Cranking Amps 720
M6 Terminal Thread Size (mm)
L x 175 W x 87 H x 155
Weight 1.95Kg
LiFePO4 is the safest form of lithium battery technology available that provides high discharge currents and faster charging capabilty.
The integral LCD display offering onboard monitoring of capacity and voltage, protection from overcharge, discharge and short circuit is provided by the onboard BMS.
Lithium lon batteries provide a much higher CCA rating over standard lead acid type units, the AXL05 is 720CCA with a capacity of 12Ah at just 1.95kg giving a massive weight saving advantage over conventional batteries. A great advantage in motorsport applications if you are looking to save any extra wieght.
All units are Motorsport UK (MSA) registered and approved for motorsport use.
The terminal connection on the battery is lug mounted (M6), offering two mounting positions, vertical and forward facing.
This type of battery technology allows the battery to be mounted both verticall or horizontally due to their sealed dry cell design.
Charging must be conducted using an appropriate lithium compliant specification charger the battery having a charge current input range of 6-12 amps maximum.
